What is the Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan?
The Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) is a cash loan available to active Pag-IBIG Fund members for any lawful purpose, home improvement, education, medical expenses, daily needs, or any other financial requirement. It's one of the most versatile and affordable loan programs available to Filipino workers in 2026.
Unlike the Housing Loan, the MPL does not require collateral and has no restriction on how you use the funds. It's essentially a loan against your own accumulated Pag-IBIG savings.
