KumperaLoan ("we," "our," or "us") operates kumperaloan.com, a free loan comparison and matching platform that connects individuals with SEC-registered microlending partners. We are not a lending company and do not disburse loans.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to remember your session (which lenders you have visited) and cookies for analytics. We use Google Analytics and may use Meta Pixel for ad measurement. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality including the returning visitor feature.

To match you with appropriate SEC-registered microlending partners based on your loan request
To track which lending partners you have already visited so we route you to a new one on return visits
To send follow-up emails with alternative loan offers if your application was declined or not completed

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Partner Lenders: When you click Apply and are redirected to a partner, your loan amount may be passed as a URL parameter. Each lender collects its own data under their own privacy policy.
Service Providers: We use Google Workspace (Google Sheets) to store lead data securely. Google's privacy policy applies.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by Philippine law, a court order, or government authority.
Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with notice provided.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for up to 24 months from the date of collection, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. After this period, data is securely deleted from our systems. Note that partner lenders retain their own data per their respective privacy policies.
